I started having my son choose a book from our nightstand for our regular bedtime reading. He loves getting to choose from a plethora of great children’s books! A friend recently sent me Arree Chung’s “Mixed,” and we love it! It talks about how colors like to separate themselves based on their looks…but how we’re better off as a community when mixed together.
Plus, it’s a great way to teach about what colors are formed when mixing them together!
This is also a fantastic book to read in the classroom. As a teacher, I highly recommend it for school and at home reading!
